Spring Creek

Spring Creek is a small and newly established vineyard in the Marlborough region of New Zealand owned by father and son, Peter and James Macdonald.

All the wines are sourced from the Wairau valley which probably produces the best fruit in Marlborough.  The fruit is picked in the cool of the morning and processed using anaerobic techniques to retain the fruit characteristics.
