The vineyard from the territory of Collioure is situated at the
extreme south of France, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean.
The vines grow on terraces, on steep slopes of arid schist.
They define the whole landscape from the seashore to the deepest
valleys of the territory.

This cuvée comes out from a grey Grenache selection from seaboard.
It expresses rather on freshness and vivacity.

Made from a blend of Grey Grenache : 60 %
White Grenache : 25 %
Marsanne, Roussanne, Vermentino : 15 %

The grapes are brought into the cellar whole and in perfect sanitary
conditions. After a first selection on the vine, the second one is hand
made in the cellar for the grey Grenache. Maceration on skin for the
Vermentino during a few hours. Draining. Light pressing.

10 % of the harvest fermented in wood of 2 or 3 wines and then
aged for 4 months in oak vats (600 liters) on fine lees with frequent
stirring before bottling.

Colour : Gold yellow, with green glints.
Bouquet : Complex with apricot, peach
and exotic fruits. Minerality shows fennel and
garrigue notes.
Taste : Coated and full, the final explodes in
freshness, recalling grapefruit zest.
Ideal with grilled fish and shellfish, white meal (veal stew with herbs).
Recommended service temperature : between 8° and 10°C.
