Made from 100% Sauvignon.

Made by a co-operative in Gascogny which is highly respected for producing high quality reliable wines from the Languedoc.

The fruit is crushed followed by a limited amount of skin contact in the absence of oxygen is allowed.  Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16c.  Then aged on the fine lees for 2 months prior to bottling.

Tasting Note
Pale lemon with green tints, the nose is grassy with just a hint of tropical fruits.  Quite broad textured with notes of apple, guava and capsicum.  This wine finished fresh and bone dry.

The Les Genets Sauvignon with go well with Goats cheese, oily fish and garden salads.
