The vineyard of the teritory of Collioure is situated at the extreme
south of France, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean. The
White Collioure Appellation is mainly elaborated with the oldest
vines of grey Grenache.

In Fine is realized with a selection of grey Grenache from slopes of
the hinterland. Great fruits and exceptionnal structure guarantee its
personality made of fineness and intensity. A wine of pleasure.

Grape varieties
Grey Grenache : 90%
White Grenache : 10%
Average Yield per hectare : 35hl
Handpicked grapes, sorted out on the parcels on September 10th
of 2008.

Grapes were hand-sorted twice, in the vine and then in the cellar.
Selection of the juice from the “heart of pressure”. The juice is
settled by the cold and slowly fermented in 7 new oak barrels.
Aging on lees in the same oak barrels perfectly topped-up. Regular
agitation until December 2008. Bottled in April 2009.
Colour : Golden yellow.

Bouquet : Very intense, yellow fruits combined with
spices & toast. After swirling, woody and
minerality express strength and delicacy.

Taste : Rarest density and freshness. A very nice
length extends pleasure endlessly.

This wine matches perfectly with the asian food, cod with vanilla
