This red wine is produced in the Languedoc Region between Narbonne and Beziers, South of France.  This cuvee is made from traditional, indigenous grape varieties from Languedoc.  A touch of Merlot adds more complexity and structure to the blend.  The vineyard is located at the Black Mountain foothills which provide perfect conditions for producing red wines, sun, low yield and sound grapes.

A blend of Carignan, Grenache Noir and Merlot.

The grapes are destemmed and crushed, they then undergo a 8 to 10 day long maceration.  The wine is aged in tanks to preserve it lovely fruity style.

A ruby red wine with hints of red berries and spice on the nose, on the palate smooth, well rounded and balanced.
