TASTING NOTE Bright deep red, with deep tones. Fruity aromas, with fresh plum and cherry touches, typical of this varietal wine from Toscana - Italy. In the mouth, a subtle acidity touch makes it vibrant and fresh. Harmonious, full of refinement and complexity.

DESCRIPTION Varietal wine: 100% Sangiovese. Vineyard: La Niña, plot 1D. Area of origin: Rodriguez Peña, Junín, Mendoza Province. Altitude: 630 meters above sea level. Production per hectare: 75 Hl/ha.

PRODUCTION Harvest by hand in March, raceme selection on conveyor belts, and subsequent destemming. Traditional wine-making process, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures between 26°C and 28°C, and soft recovery. 17-day maceration and subsequent drawing off and malolactic fermentation in pools. 20% of the wine was stored for 9 months in oak barrels combining the noble qualities of oak with the intense fruity aromas, typical of this varietal wine.
