TASTING NOTE Made with Finca La Pinta grapes, this unique wine in Argentina, which takes its origin from Portugal, is characterized by its fruity aromas with floral tones and its freshness highlighted by its balanced acidity in the mouth.

DESCRIPTION Varietal wine: 100% Verdelho. Vineyard: La Pinta, plot 3. Area of origin: Los Campamentos, Rivadavia, Mendoza Province. Altitude: 620 meters above sea level. Production per hectare: 75 Hl/ha.

PRODUCTION Raceme harvest by hand in February, subsequent selection on conveyor belt and destemming with state-of-the-art technology. Smooth grain pressing at a low temperature by means of a pneumatic press after peel maceration. Static must decanting after 24 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperatures between 14°C and 16°C, for 20 days to carry out the subsequent suspension process of fine lees.
