TASTING NOTE Deep and bright purple colors. Fine, fruity and expressive aroma. In the mouth, it is balanced and harmonious with tannins which give good structure to this wine. Our Bonarda harvested in the high zone of Ugarteche-Luján de Cuyo, bears the seal of the new Argentine wines.

DESCRIPTION Varietal wine: 100% Bonarda. Vineyard: La Santa María, plot 3B. Area of origin: Ugarteche, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza Province. Altitude: 935 meters above sea level. Production per hectare: 75 Hl/ha.

PRODUCTION Harvest by hand in April, raceme selection on conveyor belts, and subsequent destemming. Brief cold pre-fermentative maceration to proceed to the alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures, thus favoring the extraction of the finest substances of each grain. 20-day maceration and subsequent drawing off and malolactic fermentation in pools. 20% of the wine was stored for 9 months in oak barrels combining the noble qualities of oak with the intense fruity aromas.
