Finally "in the rack reds". I will be using the same ground rules as the fridge door whites. However with reds I think you have to be more aware of seasonality, bigger heavier duty reds for winter, lighter fruitier reds for summer. Having said that the way our weather patterns seem to be these days that theory is more difficult to put into practise!
